The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) is a widely used personality Career assessments tool based on the theory of temperament developed by psychologist David Keirsey. The KTS categorizes individuals into one of four temperaments, each associated with distinct patterns of behavior, preferences, and characteristics. The four temperaments are Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, and Rational.

The choice between the two depends on the individual’s preferences and goals, whether they seek a comprehensive view of their career attributes or a focused exploration of their temperament and personality type for personal and professional growth.
